Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products Only)

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and unused. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product remains in its original, sealed condition.

To qualify, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Condition
The item must be in the exact same condition as when received — unused, unwashed, sealed, and with no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Tags and Packaging
All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including branded boxes, pouches, inserts, and protective materials.

Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Opened or used Vitruevian products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Opened Products – First Order Only)

If you have opened and used Vitruevian and are not satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — no physical return required.

To qualify:

• The product must have been used consistently as instructed (for example, daily use for at least 14 days if applicable).
• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• The guarantee applies to your first order only and is limited to one refund per household.
• We may request brief feedback about your experience.

3. Free Gifts & Post-Purchase Offers

Free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns or refunds, whether used or unused.

If your original order included promotional items (such as Buy One Get One Free or Free Gift With Purchase):

• Free items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• If you return the paid product that qualified you for the free item, you must also return the free item unused.
• Failure to return the free item may result in a partial refund, with the value of the free item deducted.

Limited-time post-purchase offers purchased at a discounted price during checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are allocated to logistics and fulfillment services and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or cancellation.


5. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


6. Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care goods that have been opened
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Sale items
• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


8. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The item must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include tags
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase


10. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing may take up to 10 business days
• Banks may require additional processing time
